It makes sense that the M&E line would be delayed by a downed tree near Chatham.
What I find confusing is that the problem with that tree could cause delays on Gladstone, which is a different line.

NJ Transit has announced that vaccinations will be offered at Newark Penn Station (Tuesday), Secaucus (Wednesday) and Walter Rand Transportation Center, a bus terminal in Camden (Thursday).
