I was at Dover about 3 pm. I saw two trains and heard a PA announcement about a third:
- Train 986 operated on time, 6 Comet V, PL42AC locomotive, on track 1 (normal westbound), all station stops from Hackettstown to Hoboken.
- Train 6928 operated on time, ALP 46, 9 multilevel cars, track 2, having come from the yard, all staiion stops from Dover to New York except Mount Tabor and Mountain Station.
- While train 6928 backed from the yard, train 985 was announced as operating late. I did not see an alert about this.
