The deadline to submit comments on the draft EMP is September 16, 2019 at noon (12 p.m.). . . . The public is encouraged to email comments as a Word document attachment to
emp.comments@bpu.nj.gov, using the email subject line “2019 Draft Energy Master Plan”.
