I frequently could not be heard. I raised my hand but apparently it was not seen. I could not see the visuals. I felt like a part time participant.
Zoom works much better. I can see visuals. You can rejoin after being thrown off at 40 minutes. All meetings allow the host to be changed to anyone on the meeting so the original host can leave.
