It is now shortly after 1:15 on Sunday. At the present time, the weather forecast indicates that most of the snow will occur late tomorrow night and Tuesday. We should be able to deal with the smaller amount that will come during the day and early evening tomorrow, and hold the meeting as scheduled. In addition, our presenters are coming from a long distance (Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.) and are willing to make the trip.
If they cancel, or if the snow prediction gets much worse, the situation could change. At this time, the meeting is still ON. If circumstances change tomorrow, we will let you know by 4:30.
