HOB-33 delays continue. Network comm. issue train removed from service.
[I think this is somehow related to PTC.]

One problem is resolved, another arises:

JSQ-33, HOB-33 delayed. Train crew reported 3rd rail power loss on train at 14th.

JSQ-33, HOB-33 delays continue. Power outage is being investigated on train at 14th.

JSQ-33, HOB-33 delays continue. The earlier power outage has been resolved at 14th.
