JSQ-33 via HOB operating on a 30-min schedule due to ongoing signal failure btwn CHRS, 14 St. All service at 14 St and 23 St stations temporarily operating from the uptown track. JSQ-33 via HOB resuming normal service. The earlier signal failure has been resolved between CHRS, 14 St. All service at 14 St and 23 St stations is operating from normal uptown/downtown tracks. NJT rail cross honoring will end at 4:45 pm. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
