Morris & Essex/Montclair-Boonton Lines: Possible Delays & Boarding Changes due to Track Work & Tree Trimming – Saturday, August 21 to Sunday, August 22, 2021
Possible delays of up to 20 minutes in both directions
Beginning at 5AM Saturday, August 21 and continuing until 4PM Sunday, August 22, Morris & Essex and Montclair-Boonton line customers may experience service delays of up to 20 minutes in both directions due to track work near Newark Broad Street Station and tree trimming near Morristown Station.
During this time, trains at Newark Broad Street will arrive on different tracks than normal during certain hours. Customers transferring between Midtown Direct and Montclair Line trains will make their transfers on the same platform.
Please allow for extra travel time. We appreciate your patience during this temporary adjustment.
