NEC WB trains track-level boarding/deboarding at Elizabeth & North Elizabeth due to a disabled train. Stair use required to access trains. Customers unable to use stairs should follow crew instructions or use stations w/ accessible services.

Update: NEC WB trains resumed regular boarding at Elizabeth and North Elizabeth following an earlier disabled train near Elizabeth.
